Expedia Group is looking for a Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst to join the Private Label Solutions (PLS) division. PLS delivers tailored API and Template solutions to a variety of B2B partners worldwide, enabling them to access and remarket Expedia Groupโ€™s rates and services.

As part of the PLS Analytics team, you will lead analytical efforts to drive revenue, optimize marketing performance, and uncover opportunities across a wide range of commercial areas. Your role will be central to creating data-driven strategies that fuel decision-making and guide impactful outcomes for our B2B partners. You’ll work closely with teams across Technology, Product, Commercial, Finance, and Machine Learning.

  • Marketing Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign data to uncover trends, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Dashboard & Tracking Development: Design and implement scalable dashboards and performance tracking systems to monitor marketing impact.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify commercial opportunities and risks, supporting business cases with clear, actionable insights.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling recommendations that align with marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in Partner Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Analytics to ensure alignment and drive data-informed initiatives.
  • Innovation & Optimization: Contribute to the enhancement of partner marketing performance through the use of data science, automation, and advanced analytics.

๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data-driven commercial environment, such as e-commerce, online travel, or banking.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of revenue drivers, market dynamics, and key commercial performance metrics.
  • Marketing Campaign Analysis: Expertise in analyzing campaign performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive and creative approach to solving complex business challenges.
  • Communication: Ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in SQL, R, or similar languages for data analysis.
    • Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau for creating impactful dashboards.
    • Strong foundation in statistical methods applied to commercial challenges.
