🚀 Your Role: Manager, Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect, you will design and maintain technology blueprints, collaborating with product engineering teams to implement scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that integrate seamlessly with McDonald’s global technology ecosystem. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our Oracle Cloud ERP landscape, driving digital transformation across our financial and operational platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

✅ Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and design innovative Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
✅ Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions while maintaining industry best practices.
✅ Develop and maintain architecture documentation including diagrams, technical specifications, and high-level designs.
✅ Define enterprise technical standards and ensure adherence across teams.
✅ Collaborate in a supplier-enabled, outsource technology delivery environment to drive seamless integration.

Technology Strategy & Roadmap

✅ Define and evolve technology strategy aligned with business goals.
✅ Identify emerging technologies to enhance McDonald’s Oracle Cloud ERP and enterprise platforms.
✅ Provide guidance on new technology evaluation, selection, and vendor partnerships.

Implementation & Support

✅ Oversee solution implementation, providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for complex challenges.
✅ Analyze patches and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
✅ Perform root cause analysis to resolve integration/system issues efficiently.

Governance & Compliance

✅ Establish frameworks, policies, and standards to maintain regulatory compliance.
✅ Identify IT risks and vulnerabilities, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.

🏆 What You Bring

✅ 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on large-scale, global enterprise systems.
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✅ Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically in:

• Order to Cash (Accounts Receivables, Banking)
• Record to Report (General Ledger, Cash Management, Financial Planning, Tax)
• ERP Cloud, OCI, EPM Suite
  ✅ Strong knowledge of DevOps, Security, and Systems Performance.
  ✅ Understanding of Finance business processes and best practices.
  ✅ Technical skills in SQL, XML, PLSQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, BPM workflows, API integrations using OIC.
  ✅ Knowledge of cloud architecture, ERP cloud security, and authentication standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
