Role Overview
We are seeking a Kubernetes Lead Engineer to join Brillio’s Digital Infrastructure (DI) team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to define their digital strategy, implement cloud and on-prem Kubernetes solutions, and help drive their digital transformation journey by delivering measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Kubernetes Management: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters in both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Cluster Security & Scaling: Implement best practices for cluster security, scaling, resource allocation, and monitoring.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of containerized applications.
- Deployment Automation: Write and maintain Helm charts, Kustomize, and Kubernetes manifests for repeatable deployments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, DevOps, and SRE teams to support microservices workloads and facilitate container platform adoption.
- Support & Adoption: Guide application teams in adopting container platforms and DevOps practices.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, including deployment, management, troubleshooting, and best practices for scaling and security.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation for containerized applications.
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining Helm charts, Kustomize, and Kubernetes manifests.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, DevOps, SRE).
- Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams.
Additional Information
- Hourly Rate: $72 – $75 per hour
