🚀 About the Role

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and analytical Junior Technical Product Manager to join the team behind Stop — a global fan-favorite in the word game category.

In this hybrid strategic-operational role, you’ll support the Head of Product and collaborate cross-functionally at the intersection of content, data, and game operations. You’ll work closely with editors, freelancers, and analysts to enhance content quality, streamline production pipelines, leverage AI tools, and surface data-driven insights to improve player experience and product strategy.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔧 Content Operations & AI Integration

• Support the development, scaling, and QA of in-game content.
• Collaborate with global content editors and freelancers to maintain quality and consistency.
• Implement and iterate content creation and review workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to generate, validate, and enrich puzzles and game data.

📊 Product Analytics & Insights

• Analyze performance metrics related to game mechanics and user content engagement.
• Identify actionable insights from player behavior to inform roadmap decisions.
• Support the Head of Product in formulating strategies backed by data.

🛠 Workflow & Process Optimization

• Help coordinate internal processes across the content team.
• Ensure roadmap execution and timely delivery of sprints.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison to improve team communication and remove bottlenecks.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in product, project management, or game development.
• Proactive mindset with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.
• Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
• Familiarity with AI content generation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Passion for word games, especially Stop.

💻 Technical Proficiency (Bonus Points)

• Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience handling HTTP requests, APIs, and database cleanup.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI models.
