π‘ About the Role
As an Insights Analyst, youβll join the Customer Analytics team to deliver customer-centric data insights that drive business decisions across product, support, and leadership. Youβll champion metrics that elevate customer experience (CX), conduct deep-dive analytics, and craft data stories that move the needle.
This role blends technical expertise with storytelling finesse, requiring sharp analytical instincts, stakeholder management, and a relentless passion for CX improvement.
π Key Responsibilities
- π Lead end-to-end KPI reporting: define metrics, maintain dashboards, drive monthly reviews.
- π§ Be a data thought partner: bridge business and technical teams with clear, actionable insights.
- π Conduct in-depth analytics: uncover CX opportunities across product pain points and support channels.
- π Align analytics roadmap with CX & Strategy leadership to deliver high-impact data products.
- βοΈ Translate complex data into clear narratives that drive business strategy.
β Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a data analytics or insights-focused role.
- Expertise in SQL and statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Proficiency with data lakes (e.g., Databricks).
- Proven ability to work independently, drive projects, and engage stakeholders across levels.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and tight deadlines in a cross-functional, global environment.
π Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or higher in Statistics, Math, Economics, CS, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with:
- π Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake
- π Python or R, Git
- π Survey design and analysis
- π Web and customer experience metrics
π° Compensation (Canada)
- Annual Range: CAD $101,600 β $137,400
- Includes base salary, bonus eligibility, and RSUs (stock grants).
