💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Hardware Engineer to design electronic IoT solutions that prevent downtime and keep construction systems running smoothly. You’ll be part of the IoT Devices Team, responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Trackunit’s advanced telematics products. From early innovation to full-scale production, you’ll help shape the future of IoT in construction.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop: Work on processor subsystems, storage, cellular modems, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CAN, Ethernet, and other ruggedized interfaces.
• Optimize for Production: Enhance design for cost-efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Testing & Qualification: Conduct hands-on implementation of electronic circuits, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and laboratory work.
• Lifecycle Management: Ensure product improvements, longevity, and seamless integration into production lines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with firmware engineers, product architects, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

🎯 Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware design, testing, and production introduction.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Passionate about quality, ownership, and seeing your designs in action.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, goal-oriented environment.
