The Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team, dedicated to enhancing engineering productivity and enterprise-scale performance. You’ll collaborate with high-impact teams, build scalable features, and ensure our solutions meet security, reliability, and performance benchmarks.

This role requires candidates to be based in Poland but offers remote flexibility and the ability to work worldwide for up to 90 days per year.

Your Responsibilities:

🔹 Software Development – Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
🔹 Code Debugging & Issue Resolution – Diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless performance.
🔹 Feature Implementation – Build enterprise-grade features with a focus on performance and security.
🔹 API & Architecture – Develop and integrate REST APIs to enhance system interoperability.
🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to drive innovation.
🔹 Continuous Improvement – Contribute to process optimization, automation, and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 4+ years of experience in software development.
✅ Expertise in .NET Framework (C#).
✅ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (React is a plus).
✅ Strong background in REST API development and web architecture.
✅ Experience working with databases such as MSSQL & Postgres.
✅ Security-first mindset in software development.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and experience in product experimentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

🚀 Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Octopus).
☁️ Knowledge of AWS services (VPC, EC2).

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary Range: 184,500 PLN – 246,000 PLN annually
