🔧 Your Role at Dynatrace
We’re looking for a passionate Full-Stack Engineer to help us elevate the Dynatrace platform. You’ll be part of a high-performing engineering team building robust cloud-native solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js—while leveraging best-in-class tools and modern practices like pair programming and end-to-end ownership.
🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and modern web standards.
- Collaborate in agile teams and apply test-driven development, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.
- Participate in end-to-end product delivery: from feature design and coding to testing and debugging.
- Focus on user experience and build intuitive, performance-optimized interfaces.
- Learn and grow in a cloud-native environment, using a modern tech stack and agile methodologies.
✅ What Will Help You Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in web-based software development using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong command of React, HTML, CSS, and core Web APIs.
- Background in technical studies or equivalent hands-on experience in software engineering.
- Exposure to Python or other backend languages, or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
- Strong attention to software quality, clean architecture, and performance.
- Effective communicator in English and a team-first mindset.
- Experience in agile environments and continuous improvement culture.

💸 Compensation & Benefits
- Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent contract (UoP only)
- Salary: Starting from 10,300 PLN gross/month
