🧭 Position Summary

We are on the lookout for an experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in Python (Django) and React.js to join our high-performance development team. The successful candidate will bring 4–6 years of hands-on experience in web application development, a mindset for scalability, and a strong commitment to writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust web applications using Django and React
• Translate product requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout the stack
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews and best practices
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—PMs, designers, QA, DevOps
• Drive development lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance

✅ Core Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficient in Python with strong Django framework expertise
• Advanced knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Proficiency with Git version control and modern branching workflows
