The Role
Weβre looking for a Front-End Developer to join our Charlotte, NC team. In this role, youβll develop engaging, interactive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, collaborating with designers to transform wireframes into scalable, high-performance front-end components. Youβll also work within our CMS platform, assist with client requests, and optimize site performance.
What Youβll Do π οΈ

Develop responsive websites & front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Support existing clients by implementing new features and upgrades.
β
Debug front-end issues related to CSS and JavaScript.
β
Work within our CMS to implement and manage website content.
β
Collaborate with designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementations.
β
Scope client requests alongside Client Services.
β
Optimize performance and contribute to continuous improvements.
What Youβll Bring π―
β BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field.
β 3+ years of JavaScript programming experience.
β Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SASS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
β Experience with responsive web development and a strong attention to detail.
β Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks/tools (Vue, jQuery, Webpack, etc.).
β Version control expertise (Git, pull requests, merge conflicts).
β Ability to debug browser-specific issues and JavaScript errors.
β Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, PHP-based CMS).
