🚀 Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Enterprise Data Analytics Lead to own and scale our internal analytics platforms across multiple business units, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Support, and Services.
This role will serve as a strategic data partner across the organization, driving the performance, governance, and adoption of our analytics stack. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, product stakeholders, and leadership to optimize enterprise reporting and build robust data models that support decision-making at scale.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Veeva’s internal analytics tools and data modeling architecture.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL-based data models for core business functions.
- Create and govern Sigma dashboards and reports, ensuring performance and usability across the enterprise.
- Partner with data engineering to maintain a high-performing analytics layer across platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, and Databricks.
- Work directly with business teams to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and iterate quickly on deliverables.
- Lead data governance efforts to maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across datasets.
- Manage a distributed development backlog, coordinating tasks with internal and external development teams.
- Support strategic data initiatives with dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations tailored for leadership and operational use.
✅ Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise analytics, with a strong focus on CRM, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and revenue data.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven leadership in data modeling, system performance optimization, and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to interface across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in managing backlog, development efforts, and analytics lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and storytelling with data to drive adoption and insight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in analytics requirement gathering and system design.
💡 Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sigma Analytics and Databricks.
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault platforms or certifications.
- Comfort in fast-paced, SaaS-driven, product-oriented environments.

- 💵 Base Salary: $100,000 – $175,000 (Final offer based on skills, experience, and location)
