Lead the charge in delivering intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences. As an Engineering Manager for the Hosting Experience, you will:

• 🧠 Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers specializing in UX
• 🤝 Partner closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to bring design visions to life
• 🧪 Champion UX best practices including accessibility (WCAG, ARIA), responsive design, and speed optimization
• 🔗 Drive seamless front-end/back-end integration with APIs
• 📊 Utilize data to enhance usability, retention, and customer engagement
• 🚦Own delivery timelines, resource allocation, and product quality
• 🛠️ Embed observability into software for data-informed UX decision-making
• 🔄 Foster a team culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🧩 What You Bring to the Table

• ✅ 6+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in leadership
• ✅ Proven expertise in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Next.js
• ✅ Strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards
• ✅ Experience in backend integration and scalable architecture
• ✅ Excellent stakeholder communication and agile execution skills

• 🧱 Experience with component libraries or design systems
