🧠 About the Role
Are you passionate about empowering teams to adopt next-gen technologies like AI? 3Cloud is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of AI Learning & Enablement to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, where you’ll drive L&D programs that foster AI fluency, innovation, and measurable business outcomes across our organization.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI L&D Strategy: Architect a scalable AI learning and enablement roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Design Role-Specific Learning Paths: Create job-family-based learning journeys using both proprietary and third-party platforms (e.g., Microsoft Learn, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning).
- Implement & Scale: Launch internal certification programs, facilitate cohort-based learning, and monitor adoption and business impact.
- Business Integration: Partner with Practice Leaders, Delivery Teams, and COPs to embed learning directly into workflows and client engagements.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external learning partners and content providers.
- Internal Advocacy: Present milestones and impact stories at Town Halls and All Hands meetings to drive engagement and visibility.
- Track KPIs: Measure progress on AI literacy, project-based usage, and retention of AI-savvy talent.
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in L&D, talent development, or a related function
- Proven success building enterprise learning programs in dynamic, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with modern learning tech stacks and certification systems
- Demonstrated ability to influence across business units and executive levels
- Strong project management, communication, and storytelling skills
- Understanding of AI tools and productivity platforms — a practitioner mindset is a plus
- Deep passion for AI, digital innovation, and employee development
