Deloitte is seeking a Functional Analyst to support our Government and Public Services (GPS) clients in delivering mission-critical programs that shape the future of public service. You will work on state public support initiatives, focusing on supporting the operational delivery of digital and customer-facing government services that impact communities.
This role sits within our Customer & Marketing Offering Portfolio, blending functional analysis, customer strategy, and technology enablement to streamline service delivery for public sector clients. 🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Support the operations team by managing change orders, change requests, and other key operational processes for a state-level public support application.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams and initiatives aligned with client needs in human services transformation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and client stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery.
- Provide functional insights, conduct gap analyses, and assist in issue resolution for active system implementations.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a functional analyst or similar role.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience supporting a State Public Support system or project.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Public Administration, Business, or related discipline).
- Ability to obtain limited immigration sponsorship (U.S. work authorization required).

- Master’s degree in Public Policy, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in public sector client environments, particularly within eligibility and enrollment, child support enforcement, or labor and workforce development systems.
💲 Compensation
- Estimated Salary Range: $68,640 – $91,680
(Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, certifications, and location.)
