Role Overview
As part of Deloitte’s Oracle Cloud service line, you will lead Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, delivering strategic, technology-driven solutions that align with client business goals. This role includes managing day-to-day client interactions, leading design and implementation phases, and contributing to business development and people management activities. Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Lead daily interactions with executive clients and sponsors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements, overseeing the identification of business requirements, functional and process design (including flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
- Business Development: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, lead pursuit teams, contribute to proposal development, and influence pricing strategies.
- People Development: Mentor and guide staff, contribute to recruitment and retention efforts, and support delivery teams in local offices.
Qualifications
Required
- 6+ years of experience implementing Oracle SCM modules such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Plan-to-Deliver (PTD), and more.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Visio and PowerPoint.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization.
- Experience leading entire work streams of Oracle Cloud implementations.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $113,325 to $188,875 per year (depending on experience).
- Eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
Additional Information
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- This position may require occasional travel and work outside of regular hours, depending on client and project demands.
