Role Overview
As a .Net Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using .NET Core. This includes modernizing legacy systems, integrating new functionalities, and ensuring seamless migration of APIs to .NET Core. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient, and robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and responsiveness standards.
- Legacy System Modernization: Analyze existing legacy applications and implement strategies for migrating them to .NET Core, improving functionality and performance.
- API Integration: Migrate legacy APIs to .NET Core APIs, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and ensuring adherence to best practices to maintain high code quality.
- Communication: Utilize strong analytical, logical, and communication skills to articulate technical concepts, document processes, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1+ years of experience in software engineering and development using .NET technologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 10% based on client needs.
- Willing to relocate or live near the following locations: Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Charlotte, NC; Philadelphia, PA; or Mechanicsburg, PA.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Previous consulting experience.
