๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿค Client Engagement:

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and key stakeholders.
  • Guide clients in the identification and implementation of technology and business solutions.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Delivery & Implementation:

  • Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain (SCM) implementations across multiple phases, including business requirements gathering, functional design, prototyping, and testing.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing cross-functional teams and driving process optimization initiatives.

๐Ÿ’ผ Business Development:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead proposal development, including pricing strategies and team coordination.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ People Development:

  • Act as a coach and counselor for junior consultants, contributing to their professional growth.
  • Participate in recruitment and retention efforts, supporting a collaborative and high-performing team.

๐ŸŽ“ Required Qualifications

  • 2+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle SCM modules: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and others.
  • Demonstrated expertise in system strategy definition, business process design, fit-gap analysis, and client training.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% based on client and project needs.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship available.

๐ŸŒŸ Preferred Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting complex scenarios.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Experience leading a full workstream of Oracle application implementations.
  • Advanced degree in the area of specialization.

  • Salary Range: $113,325 โ€“ $188,875 (based on experience and location)
