🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🤝 Client Management:
- Manage relationships with executive clients and sponsors, ensuring day-to-day interactions align with business goals.
📈 Delivery & Implementation:
- Lead Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, guiding teams through business requirements identification, functional design, prototyping, and process design.
- Oversee the full lifecycle, including testing, training, and post-implementation support.
💼 Business Development:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Participate in proposal development, shaping strategies and providing leadership during pursuit efforts.
👥 People Development:
- Mentor junior staff, offering guidance and feedback on their development.
- Play an active role in recruitment and retention, ensuring a strong and collaborative team culture.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations experience.
- 9+ years of experience with Oracle SCM, including modules like Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Inventory, and Global Order Promising (GOP).
- Proven expertise in defining systems strategy, leading workshops, business process design, and functional configuration.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project and client needs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship available.

💸 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $131,175 – $218,625 (based on experience and location)
