💼 Position Summary
Deloitte is seeking highly skilled Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) Senior Consultants to drive digital transformation initiatives for industry-leading clients. You’ll partner with C-suite executives to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance through Oracle Cloud implementations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead interactions with executive clients and project sponsors
- Oversee the delivery of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, including functional design, testing, training, and post-implementation support
- Manage business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design (e.g., OTC, PTP, RTR), prototyping, and conference room pilots
Business Development
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers at key accounts
- Lead proposal development and pricing strategy discussions
- Support pre-sales efforts by aligning Deloitte capabilities with client needs
Team Leadership & Development
- Serve as a coach and mentor for team members
- Influence staffing decisions and promote retention strategies
- Foster local office collaboration and drive knowledge sharing
📌 Basic Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree required
✅ Minimum of 6 years experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
✅ Functional knowledge across modules such as:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
- Record-to-Report (RTR)
- Inventory, Costing, Advanced Pricing, iProcurement, iSupplier, and more
✅ Proven ability to lead full project life cycles and manage cross-functional teams
✅ Ability to travel up to 50%
✅ U.S. Work Authorization (limited sponsorship available)
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or relevant advanced degree
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint)
- Experience with leading workstreams across Oracle SCM modules
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Capable of handling multiple tasks independently
💸 Compensation & Benefits
💰 Estimated Salary Range: $113,325 – $188,875
🎯 Eligible for discretionary annual incentive programs based on performance
