🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Engineer to support critical government operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing IT system architectures, leading design activities, and providing technical leadership in the integration of requirements, design, and technology. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph and the ability to work onsite 100% of the time.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and IT system architectures to develop specifications
• Lead the design and development of IT systems, incorporating new plans and designs into ongoing operations
• Provide technical leadership in the integration of requirements, design, and technology
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies
• Develop IT system architecture and design documentation
• Support IT system development and implementation planning
• Interact with government personnel and senior executives on technical matters

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience with IT systems and requirements
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• Ability to be onsite 100% in one of the following locations:
  • Washington, DC
  • Reston, VA
  • Colorado Springs, CO
  • Tampa, FL
  • St. Louis, MO
  • Huntsville, AL
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $120,000 – $195,000 (depending on experience and other factors)
• Eligibility for discretionary annual incentives based on individual and organizational performance
