🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract data from the Epic Clarity database.
- Design and deliver data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or Epic Reporting Workbench.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support ETL processes, ad-hoc data requests, and report automation initiatives.
- Work with Epic-certified professionals on data modeling and system upgrades.
- Stay current with Epic Clarity schema updates and participate in system enhancement projects.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of SQL development experience (Oracle/MS SQL).
- 3+ years of experience working in healthcare/clinical data environments.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and Data Warehousing.
- Active Epic certification (Clarity, Cognito, or related modules).
- U.S. work authorization required (limited immigration sponsorship may be available).
- Willingness to travel up to 10% if project demands it.

💰 Compensation
Estimated salary range: $75,000 – $115,000 USD, depending on experience, location, and certifications.
Eligible for annual discretionary bonuses tied to individual and organizational performance.
