We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to take charge of complex multi-channel marketing campaigns and scalable data solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for campaign management, data extraction, process automation, and ensuring the efficiency and scalability of our systems. πŸ› οΈ Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create customer segments using SQL for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including dynamic content and trigger-based deployments.
  • Automate and optimize manual processes using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools.
  • Monitor campaign deployments, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure deliverability and success.
  • Propose and implement data extraction solutions, writing code to interact with APIs for data downloads/uploads.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Sciences team to set up and track campaigns, and partner with development teams to productionize code.
  • Manage campaign implementation, monitoring, and optimization on platforms like Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pega, and Braze.
  • Provide solutions to data issues while maintaining scalability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders (agencies, vendors, partners, and clients) to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate with internal teams to update on campaign results, deliverables, and program statuses.
  • Assist with tagging and designing data infrastructure to enhance marketing and business analytics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advanced analysis techniques, continually driving process improvements.

πŸ“š What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • English proficiency (B2+/C1).
  • 3-5 years of experience with SQL, Python, or API data extraction.
  • 3-5 years of experience designing ETL solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, AWS).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reporting.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SSJS, and personalization in marketing campaign tools.
  • Proven experience in campaign management on platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega, or Braze (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge across diverse subjects.
