🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Engineer who is eager to make an impact on our persona modeling and delivery optimization platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to build scalable data systems, ensuring high reliability and optimization of our models. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for problem-solving and learning about data science in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning algorithms into production-ready systems.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, infrastructure, and decision-making systems.
• Contribute to persona modeling systems and ad delivery optimization, with an emphasis on persona.
• Improve system reliability through enhanced monitoring and alerting (SLI/SLO).
• Support business users by troubleshooting and optimizing delivery decision workflows.
• Work across teams (Product, DevOps, Core Services) to streamline services and ensure system integration.

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Scala or Python, with experience in Spark.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid experience with SQL and AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Redshift, DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of one or more backend languages (Go, C#, C++).
• Experience with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins), Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes (nice to have).
• Strong desire to learn about machine learning, algorithmic systems, and new domains.
• Fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills.
