π§βπΌ Position Overview
As a Data Analyst, your main responsibility will be gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive key business decisions. You will leverage your analytical skills to support the companyβs performance goals, contribute to client satisfaction, and create initiatives that improve overall business outcomes.
π§ Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user-friendly corporate dashboards to enhance visibility into business performance.
- Analyze cross-functional business issues, working with multiple business partners to identify solutions.
- Measure and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key clients and ensure targets are met.
- Create Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations for clients, summarizing operational performance.
- Conduct strategic analysis for new business initiatives.
- Develop self-service reporting tools to answer frequent business questions.
- Understand client business needs and ensure deliverables align with expectations for a successful partnership.
- Provide business reporting and actionable recommendations to drive value for clients.

This position operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

β° Position Type & Hours
This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, during standard core business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on job duties.

π Required Education & Experience
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Strong analytical background.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Macros, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with Data Visualization and Dashboarding tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with SQL or other data mining tools is preferred.
- Ability to handle large data sets.
- 2-5 years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, Data Mining, Data Analysis, or Business Analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work proactively and independently.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
π Preferred Education & Experience
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
πΌ Compensation
The good faith compensation for this position is $30.00 – $33.00 per hour.
