💼 Role Overview
We are hiring a Cloud Engineer (AWS – L2 Support) to join our growing Managed Services Practice (MSP) team in Lahore. This position plays a key role in implementing, managing, and supporting AWS-based cloud infrastructure for our clients. You’ll act as a first responder for cloud-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and cost-efficiency. A strong customer-first mindset and hands-on AWS experience are essential.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS cloud architectures

Provide Level 2 support, including incident triage, root cause identification, and resolution

Monitor cloud environments proactively using tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, etc.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve advanced issues

Document infrastructure designs, support workflows, and deployment playbooks

Evaluate and optimize AWS resources for performance and cost savings

Stay current with AWS innovations and apply best practices in cloud engineering

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours incident response
✅ Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

2–5 years of AWS cloud engineering experience

Hands-on experience with core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda)

Relevant certifications preferred: AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect – Associate

Prior experience providing Level 2 support in a production cloud environment

Proficiency in cloud monitoring and incident management tools

Solid grasp of cloud security and compliance frameworks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting

Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, evening, night)
