🔧 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Cloud & Ops Engineer to join our fast-paced Belive.ai development team. Your mission? Keep our cloud and server infrastructure running like a Swiss watch while scaling operations to meet rapid growth. You’ll work closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams, leveraging group resources to build tomorrow’s retail systems.
💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Server & Infrastructure Management
- Maintain and optimize server performance, security, and uptime
- Implement upgrades and changes aligned with our scaling roadmap
- Ensure compliance with best practices in system administration
2. Cloud Platform Administration
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud environments (OVH, Azure, Linux-based)
- Optimize cloud usage and automate deployments
- Perform system updates, backups, and disaster recovery tasks
3. Network Management
- Manage enterprise network infrastructure (VPN, Pfsense, WLAN, etc.)
- Ensure secure and stable network operations across environments
4. Routine & Ad-Hoc Operations
- Execute recurring tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
- Automate repetitive workflows to improve efficiency
- Swiftly respond to ad-hoc project needs and system incidents
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with parent company’s specialized teams
- Integrate shared tools and best practices into local workflows
🎓 Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in IT, Computer Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing servers and cloud infrastructure
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with cloud platforms (Azure, OVH, Linux systems)
- Solid scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana)
- Strong understanding of network architecture and tools
Soft Skills:
- Clear communicator with cross-functional team experience
- Strong organizational and task management abilities
- Able to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Language:
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
