About the Role
As a Business Intelligence Sr. Analyst at CBRE, you will play a key role in conducting advanced research, data mining, and reporting to interpret company performance metrics. You will be part of the Data Science & Analytics team, working to enhance operational effectiveness and predictive insights that drive business intelligence.
What You’ll Do
β Develop dashboards and reports using data from multiple sources to enable business improvements.
β Drive data quality standards to support future AI implementation.
β Identify and implement automation opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency.
β Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for key systems, databases, and analytics processes.
β Ensure data accuracy and respond to complex management and vendor requests.
β Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement successful technology projects.
β Maintain and report benchmarks and performance metrics.
β Lead by example, upholding CBREβs RISE values.
What You’ll Need
π Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
π» Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with query and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in developing dashboards/reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of database systems and data relationships.
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and web-based applications like Smartsheet.
- Bonus: Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Python, or R.

πΉ Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 per year (based on skills, experience, and location).
πΉ Bonuses: Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
