About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Sr. Analyst at CBRE, you will play a key role in conducting advanced research, data mining, and reporting to interpret company performance metrics. You will be part of the Data Science & Analytics team, working to enhance operational effectiveness and predictive insights that drive business intelligence.


What You’ll Do

βœ” Develop dashboards and reports using data from multiple sources to enable business improvements.
βœ” Drive data quality standards to support future AI implementation.
βœ” Identify and implement automation opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency.
βœ” Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for key systems, databases, and analytics processes.
βœ” Ensure data accuracy and respond to complex management and vendor requests.
βœ” Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement successful technology projects.
βœ” Maintain and report benchmarks and performance metrics.
βœ” Lead by example, upholding CBRE’s RISE values.


What You’ll Need

πŸŽ“ Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

πŸ’» Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with query and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards/reports using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of database systems and data relationships.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and web-based applications like Smartsheet.
  • Bonus: Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Python, or R.
