About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Sr. Analyst at CBRE, you will play a key role in conducting advanced research, data mining, and reporting to interpret company performance metrics. You will be part of the Data Science & Analytics team, working to enhance operational effectiveness and predictive insights that drive business intelligence.

What You’ll Do

✔ Develop dashboards and reports using data from multiple sources to enable business improvements.
✔ Drive data quality standards to support future AI implementation.
✔ Identify and implement automation opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency.
✔ Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for key systems, databases, and analytics processes.
✔ Ensure data accuracy and respond to complex management and vendor requests.
✔ Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement successful technology projects.
✔ Maintain and report benchmarks and performance metrics.
✔ Lead by example, upholding CBRE’s RISE values.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

💻 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with query and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards/reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of database systems and data relationships.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and web-based applications like Smartsheet.
• Bonus: Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Python, or R.

🔹 Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 per year (based on skills, experience, and location).
