🎯 Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, writing automated testing tools, and ensuring the overall quality of BluWave-ai’s system, including AI use cases, REST APIs, and WebApp User Interfaces. You’ll collaborate with teams across departments, including Product Management and Data Science, in an agile environment to drive product improvements and quality assurance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and track test plans for both on-premises and cloud-based systems
• Develop automated testing tools for various product lines, including sanity and smoke testing
• Collaborate across teams to understand customer needs and design efficient test strategies
• Participate in the agile process, providing feedback on functionality and design
• Contribute to scheduling, estimating QA activities, and improving team processes

🎓 What You Bring

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent
• 3+ years of hands-on QA experience
• Proficiency with test management software (Jira, Confluence, X-Ray)
• Experience in developing clear test plans and cases
• Ability to design, develop, and execute automation scripts (Python)
• Familiarity with Linux shell and Git
• Experience working in an Agile environment and continuous integration processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with IoT communication methods
• Experience with EV Charging, Power Systems, ETL/Data/Big Data projects
• Experience in performance, security, and REST API testing
