🚀 Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer (Backend), you’ll play a mission-critical role in the design and development of high-quality, scalable server-side applications. You’ll work with senior technical leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that align with our long-term technology strategy.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Drive system design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Deliver high-performing APIs and services, tuned for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Champion clean code practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence.

✅ Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in server-side development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with Microservices architecture and backend system design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from design to delivery.
• Solid communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

💼 Preferred Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong command of:
  • Languages: Java / Node.js
  • Databases: RDBMS
  • Messaging: Kafka / RabbitMQ
  • Caching: Redis / Aerospike
  • Cloud: AWS
• Experience in system scaling, performance tuning, and storage optimization.
