As an Analytics Manager / Solution Lead (Business Analyst), you will spearhead digital transformation for patient-managed services. This hybrid role bridges clinical workflows with digital innovation, focusing on omnichannel engagement, seamless technology integration, and patient-centric design.

๐Ÿ”น Strategic Leadership

  • Lead solution roadmaps aligned with patient engagement and digital care goals.
  • Analyze and reimagine patient workflows for digital enablement.
  • Define architecture for CRM, analytics, and omnichannel ecosystems.

๐Ÿ”น Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a key liaison among clinical, digital, and technology stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and translate business needs into actionable specifications.
  • Present findings and strategy insights to executive leadership and product teams.

๐Ÿ”น Solution Design & Delivery

  • Guide design and implementation of integrated patient engagement systems across mobile, portals, and AI-driven tools.
  • Ensure compatibility with telehealth, RPM, and digital therapeutics platforms.
  • Support architecture for EHR/EMR and CRM integrations with adherence to compliance standards.

  • Define engagement KPIs and build analytics dashboards.
  • Partner with BI teams to translate data into actionable improvements.
  • Drive continuous UX enhancements through insights and workflow analysis.

  • Mentor junior analysts and enable solution consultants.
  • Document best practices, SOPs, and user enablement content.
  • Collaborate on training and system adoption strategies for healthcare users.

โœ… Required Experience

  • 8+ years in business analysis, consulting, or architecture (4+ years in patient engagement solutions)
  • Strong domain knowledge of healthcare workflows, patient CRM systems, and digital health tools
  • Hands-on experience with telehealth, mobile health apps, and patient-facing technologies
  • Deep understanding of FHIR, HL7, and healthcare data governance
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
  • Expertise in cloud-native healthcare platforms and security standards
