๐Ÿš€ The Role

Join MNP Digital as an Analyst specializing in Power Platform & D365 Case Management. Youโ€™ll consult directly with clients, design scalable enterprise solutions, and help modernize operations in sectors that need it mostโ€”especially government and public service clients.


๐ŸŽฏ Your Core Responsibilities

  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Develop and deploy D365 and Power Platform solutions tailored to enterprise-level clients
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Engage directly with clients to identify needs, define requirements, and deliver practical solutions
  • ๐Ÿ” Analyze functional and technical challenges and recommend optimized architectures
  • ๐Ÿ“„ Create and maintain solution documentation, system architectures, and data flows
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Implement Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET, web services, mobile, and Windows Forms
  • ๐Ÿงฉ Leverage out-of-the-box features in D365, with occasional customization/configuration
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Drive project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • ๐Ÿค Collaborate cross-functionally to review peer work, share insights, and align on best practices
  • ๐Ÿ“š Contribute to internal learning, external events, and thought leadership initiatives

๐Ÿ” What You Bring

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline
  • ๐Ÿง  Up to 3 yearsโ€™ experience implementing CRM or case management systems, with 1โ€“2 years in D365/Power Platform
  • ๐Ÿงฉ Strong understanding of the CRM implementation lifecycle: requirements, architecture, development, and testing
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Effective communicator with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Analytical mindset with attention to detail and solution design

Nice-to-Haves:

  • โœ”๏ธ Familiarity with all versions of Dynamics CRM and configuration
  • โœ”๏ธ Exposure to BizTalk, SharePoint, or related Microsoft stack tools
  • โœ”๏ธ Public sector project experience or government client delivery knowledge
  • โœ”๏ธ Background with other ERP/CRM platforms and custom development
  • โœˆ๏ธ Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
