🔍 Role Overview
As an Algorithm & Signal Processing Researcher, you will work with a dynamic team to develop and demonstrate state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques for radar and RF sensing. You will tackle challenges in signal detection, classification, autonomous sensor decision-making, and electronic warfare. Your expertise will contribute to the development of countermeasures and the integration of these technologies in both lab and field settings.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Design and implement cutting-edge signal processing and machine learning techniques to address complex radar and RF sensing challenges.

Collaborate with the team to develop countermeasures and evaluate their effectiveness in both laboratories and government test ranges.

Create and implement models and simulations for advanced RF systems.

Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client interactions.

Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and deploy advanced prototypes and capabilities.
✅ Qualifications
-
U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a Secret security clearance.

2+ years of experience in RF/radar signal processing, waveform design, electronic warfare, machine learning, AI/ML algorithm development, or related fields.

Proficiency in one or more scientific programming languages, such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C++.

BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.

Strong skills in mathematics, troubleshooting, and both written and verbal communication.

Active Secret or TS/SCI Clearance.

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Experience with RF technologies in defense, particularly electronic warfare and sensing applications.

Expertise in machine learning tasks such as natural language processing, image recognition, reinforcement learning, and experience with tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLflow.

Proven ability to translate mission needs into analytical solutions and present technical briefings to clients and senior management.
