About Mirakl Labs
Mirakl Labs consists of our technical and product teams, based primarily in Paris and Bordeaux. These teams collaborate to address client challenges related to new features, scalability, security, and usability. Operating in an agile manner, they are organized into Squads (comprised of a Squad Lead, 5 developers, a Product Manager, and a QA) that specialize in functional scopes and work on new features, evolutions, and APIs. Our Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, Documentation, Product Design, Data, and Support teams work cross-functionally to ensure coherence across products.
Position Overview
As an AI Agent Project Manager, you will join the Data team and play a pivotal role in integrating AI into Mirakl’s software products. You will be actively involved in designing and developing AI agents to automate business processes, improve team efficiency, and drive product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Agent Development:
- Design and develop AI agents to automate internal workflows using no-code/low-code tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to identify and prioritize use cases.
- Implement frameworks to enable business teams to develop their own AI agents and integrate them into daily operations.
- Lead and animate the community of AI agent creators and users.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the full cycle of AI agent development, from conceptualization to MVP and subsequent iterations.
- Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Track progress and provide regular updates on project status.
Required Qualifications:
- Autonomy & Creativity: Ability to work independently, define methodologies, and create tools to help teams innovate their workflows.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, with the ability to assess and select the appropriate automation tools (no-code/low-code) for specific use cases.
- Project Management: Ability to manage the entire lifecycle of AI agent development, from ideation to deployment.
- Collaboration: Strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to identify key use cases and deliver impactful AI solutions.
