π About the Role
MeridianLink is seeking a skilled Software Engineer III (Full-Stack) to join our fast-paced development team. In this role, youβll design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions from front to back. Youβll contribute across the entire SDLCβfrom requirements gathering through deploymentβhelping us deliver robust, secure, and innovative applications. This is a highly technical position with mentorship responsibilities and opportunities to grow your impact as a full-stack engineer.
π οΈ What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, and deploy secure and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
- Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to full-stack system architecture.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to upskilling the broader team.
- Apply modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing.
- Drive innovation using cloud technologies and full-stack development strategies.
β Your Skillset & Experience
- π 4+ years developing distributed web applications
- βοΈ 2+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred)
- π§ 2+ years working with .NET, Node.js, or similar backend frameworks
- π» Proficient in C# or VB.NET
- π Expertise in system design, software architecture, and performance optimization
- π Solid understanding of secure coding practices and cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
- π§ͺ Experience with test-driven development, DevOps, and automated testing tools
- π‘ Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data mining is a plus
- π€ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- π Familiar with Agile methodologies and distributed team collaboration

- π° Salary Range: $120,000 β $170,000 (Final offer based on experience and location)
