🔍 Position Summary

We’re seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer (.NET) to design, build, and optimize robust software systems supporting high-impact federal programs. You’ll write efficient code, lead testing efforts, improve system performance, and contribute to system architecture—all while ensuring user needs are met.

Note: U.S. Citizenship is required for Public Trust Clearance. DHS experience preferred.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Convert detailed design documents into functional, high-performance software applications
  • Develop both front-end and back-end components ensuring full system integration
  • Write scalable, secure, and maintainable code adhering to best practices
  • Perform rigorous testing and debugging using manual and automated methods
  • Optimize performance and monitor system improvements
  • Prepare clear technical and user-level documentation
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Collaborate closely with architects and engineering teams

🧠 What You’ll Bring

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 🧰 Minimum of 3 years’ experience with .NET and C# development
  • 🧠 Experience with Oracle 9c and a variety of programming languages/frameworks
  • 🔍 Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems and business processes
  • ⚙️ Aptitude for quick tech adoption and continuous learning
  • 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 🤝 Strong team player with a customer-first mindset

🛡️ Special Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required (Public Trust eligibility)
  • Position may evolve to full-time onsite based on operational needs
  • DHS project experience is a strong plus
