🎯 Position Summary

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee multiple product teams, ensuring that software solutions are developed efficiently and meet high standards of quality. You will mentor engineers, guide technical direction, and maintain alignment between product and engineering goals.

• Team Performance: Improve lead times for changes, ensure high code quality, and minimize failure rates in deployments.

• Experience in Scaling Teams: Proven ability to manage engineering teams in a product-focused, preferably SaaS environment.

• Web Technologies: Proficiency with web technologies, including JavaScript (React, Node.js), Go, or related technologies.
• System Design: Experience designing scalable, reliable systems using microservices and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Quality Standards: Uphold modern software engineering practices, focusing on code quality, test coverage, and documentation.
• Architecture: Lead efforts to design fault-tolerant systems that are scalable, performant, and cost-efficient.
