🚀 The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence and Data Management to bridge the gap between marketing and data. You’ll act as a strategic translator, transforming campaign goals into actionable data use cases. In this role, you’ll develop dashboards, analyze performance, manage marketing data assets, and drive high-impact decision-making.

You’ll partner with marketing, product, operations, and technology teams to deliver insights that shape business strategy and campaign execution.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

📈 Business Intelligence (60%)

• Develop automated dashboards and self-service analytics for marketing performance and audience insights
• Lead recurring KPI scorecard creation and monthly performance reporting
• Perform deep-dive analyses on campaign performance and customer segments
• Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Manage project portfolio based on business value and resource demand

🗂️ Data Management (40%)

• Act as marketing’s SME for internal data assets, sources, and definitions
• Assess data availability and recommend strategies to leverage existing or new datasets
• Oversee end-to-end data pipelines for campaign support: requirements, validation, delivery
• Maintain data quality standards and issue resolution processes
• Track data performance with scorecards and ensure documentation is up to date

🎓 What You Bring

✅ Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles
• Proven background in data management, requirements gathering, validation, and prioritization
• Deep understanding of SQL and Excel for advanced analysis
• Proficiency in dashboard tools (Looker or Tableau)
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical storytelling skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
• Clear and persuasive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

🏆 Preferred Extras

• Experience in Agile data development environments
• Familiarity with marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Airship
• Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or digital industries

💰 Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $128,000 – $178,000/year (DOE & location)
• Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus
