This role is a strategic leadership position within a high-impact data program driving our transition to future-ready platforms such as SAP S/4HANA. As Data Migration Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end data migration across SAP and non-SAP environments—ensuring data integrity, business continuity, and enterprise-wide alignment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire data migration lifecycle from planning, mapping, cleansing, and validation through to cutover and post-migration assurance
• Build and manage integrated migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA and legacy platforms
• Design robust ETL pipelines and lead data quality, reconciliation, and transformation efforts using tools such as SAP BODS, Informatica, or Talend
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, manage risks, and communicate progress transparently to stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Embed data governance practices into migration workflows to ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Partner with vendors and delivery teams to ensure migration activities are executed on time and within scope
• Capture lessons learned, standardize best practices, and support future transformation programs

📌 Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on leadership in complex data migration projects, ideally within retail or FMCG industries
• Strong proficiency with ETL tools (e.g., SAP BODS, Informatica, Talend)
• Deep experience in SAP ecosystems, particularly SAP S/4HANA migrations
• Proven track record working across cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management skills
• Experience navigating both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Familiarity with SAP MDG, SAP Data Services, or SAP BTP Integration Suite
• Exposure to enterprise architecture or test and transformation frameworks
