🎯 Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be embedded in a cross-functional Agile squad, initially supporting the Hotels Operations and Finance squad. You’ll collaborate with Finance Business Partners and pub Managers to drive operational excellence and profitability.

You’ll join a 200+ member Analytics team, working within a supportive “Chapter” of peers who share your skillset, and who encourage growth through rotating squads and diverse project exposure.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain visually compelling dashboards for business use

• Take end-to-end ownership of data projects, ensuring scalability and innovation

• Extract and analyze data from large-scale databases to uncover business insights

• Translate complex datasets into compelling stories for stakeholders and senior leaders

• Champion data literacy and encourage a data-driven culture across teams

• Build tools that influence business strategy and customer experience

✅ Your Profile

• A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional squads

• Comfortable working in dynamic, matrix-style environments with shared decision-making

• Naturally curious—constantly experimenting with new tools and techniques

• Proficient in SQL; hands-on experience with DBT and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

• Strong data visualization skills; Tableau experience is a bonus

• Excellent communicator—able to deliver insights in a way that drives action

• Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality is highly valued
