About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to leverage business data and deliver insights that enhance our business model, drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Data: Examine business data to identify trends and provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and align data with business intelligence goals.
• Monitor and Adjust: Track the performance of implemented strategies and make data-informed adjustments as needed.
• Support Initiatives: Contribute to data-driven projects across departments and encourage the use of business intelligence tools.
• Present Findings: Use data visualization tools to present findings and make recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, data mining) to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience: 1-2 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced start-up or fintech environment.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Detail-oriented and a self-motivated team player.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with tools such as PostgreSQL, RDBMS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience with VBA, Google Apps Script, or Python is a plus.
