  • Championing Tools & Practices: Utilize modern test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, Protractor) and continuous integration tools like Jenkins and TeamCity.
  • Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior testers, fostering a culture of learning and growth while driving continuous improvement.
