💼 Role Responsibilities

• Test Strategy Leadership: Design and implement robust testing strategies integrating both manual (exploratory) and automated testing across full-stack applications.
• Agile Leadership: Lead cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring effective collaboration between test engineers and developers to catch bugs early and maintain software quality.
• Championing Tools & Practices: Utilize modern test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, Protractor) and continuous integration tools like Jenkins and TeamCity.
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior testers, fostering a culture of learning and growth while driving continuous improvement.
