💼 The Opportunity

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating how organizations assess and mitigate third-party risk. You’ll own complex cross-functional initiatives, guide architectural decisions, and contribute to our engineering culture. Expect to lead with impact, collaborate across teams, and innovate at the intersection of security, compliance, and SaaS infrastructure.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute large-scale engineering projects from inception to delivery.
• Build robust, scalable backend and frontend systems across our full stack.
• Partner with product, design, and other engineers to develop vendor risk monitoring solutions that scale.
• Collaborate across engineering teams on shared infrastructure and reusable components.
• Balance speed, quality, and technical sustainability while delivering business impact.
• Help shape a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack engineering, with a strong backend foundation.
• Proven track record of leading multi-week/multi-month engineering projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience building user-facing SaaS products—ideally across both startup and enterprise environments.
• Comfort working in 0→1 product environments and solving large-scale technical challenges.
• Familiarity with TypeScript is a strong plus.
• Experience working in high-velocity, impact-driven environments with a bias for action.
