As a Data Analyst, your main responsibility will be gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive key business decisions.   • Develop and implement user-friendly corporate dashboards to enhance visibility into business performance.
  • Analyze cross-functional business issues, working with multiple business partners to identify solutions.
  • Measure and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key clients and ensure targets are met.
  • Create Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations for clients, summarizing operational performance.
  • Conduct strategic analysis for new business initiatives.

  • Understand client business needs and ensure deliverables align with expectations for a successful partnership.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong analytical background.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Macros, and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience with Data Visualization and Dashboarding tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Experience with SQL or other data mining tools is preferred.
  • Ability to handle large data sets.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, Data Mining, Data Analysis, or Business Analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work proactively and independently.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
