- Engineering Execution & Accountability
- Deliver end-to-end solutions with a focus on lean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Ensure high-quality outputs aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
- Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Serve as technical SME; influence design, architecture, and implementation strategies.
- Drive technical feasibility discussions and lead solutioning sessions.
- Product Delivery & Collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with product, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver value.
- Advocate for agile and DevSecOps best practices in a continuous delivery environment.
- Mentorship & Code Quality
- Provide code reviews, mentoring, and upskilling for junior engineers.
- Own the integrity of architecture, code quality, and technical documentation.
- Customer-Focused Development
- Engage customers and stakeholders to iterate and innovate through fast feedback cycles.
- Leverage customer insights to refine solutions during and after deployment.
đź’Ľ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience with full stack technologies:
- Frontend: Angular, React
- Backend: Node.js, Python, C#, .NET Core, Golang
- Database: SQL/NoSQL
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Cloud-native engineering (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- DevSecOps tools (ADO, GitHub, SonarQube)
- Agile/XP/SAFe frameworks
- 2+ years with AI/ML and Generative AI implementations.
- Demonstrated experience designing complex domain-driven systems.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of full stack and cloud-native development.
- Background in US and international tax, payroll, or reward systems.
- Knowledge of Tax Equalization, Withholding, and Gross-Up is a plus.

- Estimated Base Salary Range: $132,700 – $179,600, depending on experience and location.
