🔍 Position Summary
Brillio is hiring a Software Development Lead with strong experience in Java Fullstack development and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will also bring senior-level expertise in Golang, Apache Kafka, and Neo4j to develop scalable, high-performance systems.

📌 Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Golang and Java Fullstack technologies.
- Build event-driven systems using Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, stream processing).
- Model and query graph databases using Neo4j and Cypher.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration across systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance in distributed, cloud-native environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
- Collaborate across teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain high code quality through testing and code reviews.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in software development with:
- 3+ years of hands-on Golang development
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka and stream processing tools (e.g., Kafka Streams, KSQL)
- Proficiency with Neo4j, including graph modeling and performance tuning
- Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and concurrency (e.g., Goroutines)
- Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD tools
💲 Compensation
- Rate: $65 – $70 per hour (Contract Position)
