Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to extract key insights and drive strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Define and measure product metrics to optimize performance.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze and solve business questions.
- Improve data quality by collaborating with engineering teams and identifying areas for better instrumentation.
- Foster a data-driven culture across the company.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in data science or product analytics, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Expertise in defining and implementing product metrics.
- Strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with experience in warehouse environments.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python or R preferred) and common git workflows.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a growth-oriented mindset.
Compensation
- Salary: $154,500 – $209,100 USD
