Marketing Science Senior Analyst

Role Overview
As a Marketing Science Senior Analyst, your expertise and curiosity will drive actionable insights and solutions that enhance digital marketing performance. With 3–5 years of experience leading marketing science deliverables, you’ll excel in areas such as tracking and measurement, implementation, reporting, data visualization, testing, data integration, or statistical modeling. Your ability to communicate complex business insights in clear, logical stories will make you a valuable asset to clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Insights: Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business to provide actionable insights for digital campaigns.
- Measurement & Frameworks: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of measurement strategies.
- Advanced Analysis: Use data science techniques and statistical modeling to analyze datasets, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Reporting & Visualization:
- Design, build, and automate dashboards, analyses, and reports.
- Deliver weekly and monthly insights that include data-driven recommendations for clients.
- Database Management:
- Create and maintain datasets using SQL.
- Collect data from third-party platforms while ensuring compliance with governance protocols.
- Team Leadership: Provide work direction to associate analysts and analysts.
- Support Business Development: Contribute analytics content for pitch materials and proposals as needed.
Qualifications
- Education:
- B.S. in economics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management (M.S. preferred).
- Skills & Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in Python and/or R, SQL, or other statistical programming languages.
- Proficiency in at least two areas:
- Data architecture (ETL/data integration), automated reporting, statistical programming, testing and personalization, or website systems implementation.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Domo, or PowerBI.
- Experience with statistical analysis and quantitative methods (preferred).
- Knowledge of machine learning models and techniques (preferred).
- Familiarity with Google or Adobe Analytics and tag management platforms like GTM or Adobe Launch (preferred).
