🔍 About the Role
3Cloud is seeking an AI Architect to design and deliver cutting-edge machine learning and GenAI solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll lead technical engagements, mentor teams, and architect data-driven solutions that solve real business problems.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver advanced AI/ML solutions using Azure’s AI suite (Azure ML Studio, Prompt Flow, Cognitive Services, RAG, Bot Services, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams across AI, data engineering, and BI projects
- Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and design thinking engagements with clients
- Develop modern data platform strategies including cloud migration, data governance, and analytics
- Guide solution development using technologies like Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Cosmos DB, Power BI
- Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a trusted technical advisor
- Drive thought leadership and contribute to innovation within the Data & AI Practice
- Provide mentorship, peer reviews, and implementation guidance to internal teams
🧰 Core Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
✔ 10+ years in data & analytics with 2+ years in Azure AI implementations
✔ Expertise in:
- Data movement (ETL/ELT), warehousing, and governance
- Azure Data Services: Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Cosmos DB
- GenAI tools: Prompt Flow, LLM Ops, Azure AI Search, Azure Cognitive Services
- DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ARM templates
- Power BI for dashboarding and custom visualizations
✔ Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA, DMM)
✔ Strong consulting experience and client engagement capabilities
✔ Ability to run strategy, vision, and roadmap sessions
✔ Advanced SQL and Python/Scala/Spark knowledge
🌟 Preferred Experience
- Financial valuation for data & analytics initiatives
- IDE tools like GitHub Copilot, Replit
- Product management background
- Familiarity with design frameworks like RAG/Graph RAG
- Certifications in Azure Data or AI are a big plus
