π― Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior CIAM Manager, you will lead client engagements focused on Microsoft Entra ID. Your role will include advising clients on identity strategies, implementing solutions, and ensuring smooth transitions to cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the design, implementation, and migration of Entra ID solutions
- Lead business development efforts, including defining service scope, building resource estimates, and supporting proposal delivery
- Oversee Entra ID project execution, managing both on-site and offshore teams
- Maintain client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and building trust
- Review and approve project deliverables, including system designs and risk/security assessments
- Lead Entra ID engagements through all phasesβassess, design, and implement
- Perform technical health checks and migrations, including integrations with Microsoft services like MFA, SSO, PIM, and more
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolve issues in collaboration with vendors
- Lead talent development activities, including recruitment, coaching, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Author whitepapers and point of view (POV) documents on Microsoft IAM technologies
π§° Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, designing, and implementing Identity solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft IAM
- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (and Azure AD) in enterprise environments, including application integrations
- 5+ years of experience working with IAM protocols (e.g., WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth)
- 4+ years of knowledge in Azure Cloud services and technologies
- 2+ years of working knowledge with Azure Advanced Threat Protection
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- BA/BS degree required
- Limited visa sponsorship may be available
π Preferred Experience
- Experience with Consulting or Big 4 firms
- Mix of Active Directory and Entra ID expertise
- Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SC 300, CISSP, MCSE, MCSA)
- Experience engaging with C-Level executives to develop cyber risk strategies
- Experience leading distributed teams and handling projects across various geographies
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, CSA CCM)
