Role Overview
Join the Partners Experience Team at GoDaddy, where we build and maintain product experiences for Web Designers and Developers. We’re on a mission to develop world-class tools for AI-powered site creation and optimization. You will work on creating and scaling experiences that deliver high-quality, beautiful results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to enhance user interfaces and workflows.
- Maintain and improve the AI site designer, optimizer, and onboarding products.
- Contribute to team agility by refining processes.
- Enhance observability of production services, ensuring performance and quick issue resolution.
- Lead by example in setting high coding standards, modern software practices, test automation, and security.
- Collaborate across teams to solve broad-impact problems, advocate for modern tech stacks, and stay ahead of technological trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: PHP, NodeJS (Typescript), React, Java, and a willingness to work across technologies.
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure deployments.
- Strong understanding of fault-tolerant systems, observability, and operational excellence.
- Experience working with high-traffic systems critical to business operations.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, AWS ECS).
- Good understanding of agile principles.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with AI prompt scaling and optimization.
- Knowledge of multiple JavaScript tooling libraries (e.g., XState, WebPack).
- Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures.
- Understanding of high-performance design principles, concurrency, and threading.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and customer-oriented experimentation.
